Warranty Information
To provide you with the best possible security and quality, all of our homes are backed by a ten year structural warranty provided by Residential Warranty Company, as well as one year coverage on all workmanship, materials and on selected portions of mechanical systems. Every builder who uses Residential Warranty must meet strict guidelines of craftsmanship and safety, and are annually evaluated for compliance.
Should you have any warranty items that need to be remedied, please complete the warranty request form below. A representative will respond within the next business day. If you have an emergency, please contact the appropriate subcontractor. If the subcontractor cannot be reached, contact us immediately. A detailed list of subcontractors who worked on your home can be found in your home owner’s packet, or please check our list of subcontractors.
