John Dunlap – Chief Executive Officer
While studying for a career in medicine at Montana State University, John took advantage of the burgeoning construction and land development opportunities in Bozeman, Montana and launched Cascade Homes, Inc. in 1996. His intuitive and noteworthy entrepreneurial perspective led him to other successes in the realms of building ownership and management, along with historic preservation, farming, water resource management and the organization of executing large land transactions. As the Chief Executive Officer for Cascade Homes, John ensures the quality of everything that carries his name. His enterprising business skills have provided the tools to expand Cascade Homes and multiple other companies he has established to become one of the largest real estate, natural resource, construction and development consortiums in Southwest Montana. John’s business philosophy can be best summarized by the fact that he believes "Success is defined by those you choose to surround yourself by." John and his wife Anne, came to the Gallatin Valley in 1993 and keep themselves busy and entertained with parenting their three children: Christian, Daniel and Addison. Their family enjoys and frequently participates in many of the quintessential Montana activities.
